An experienced C-level executive with commercial, financial and client-side experience with demonstrated expertise in major Australian and international organisations.
Now working with ambitious small to medium businesses to provide a variety of solutions including strategic business plans, accounting, research and development grants, funding and technology for growth. Focusing on key business cost drivers that make the most impact on their businesses.
As the Commissioner of the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) and Deputy Commissioner of NSW Fair Trading, Steve has over 20 years’ experience in administering home warranty insurance schemes in Australia.
There’s probably no one in Australia who knows more about home warranty insurance than Steve.
Steve has over 30 years experience in senior leadership roles within Government and has led major transformation programs. As Deputy CEO of Service NSW, Steve led the design and rollout of a new ‘whole of government’ service delivery model for the O’Farrell Government.
Steve was the Chair of Building Licensing Australasia from 2004 to 2007 and a member of the NSW Building Professional Board Disciplinary Committee from 2007 to 2010.
Phil has 50 years’ experience in the building and construction industry in both Australia and New Zealand. He is a licensed builder, building consultant, swimming pool certifier and insurance broker.
Current: Director, Hudson Homes; Managing Director, Australian Building Services Home Owners Warranty.
Former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s, and 1980s, and coached in the 1990s, and 2000s. As a coach, Anderson took Australia to World Cup victory and coached both the Bulldogs and Melbourne Storm to premiership wins.
In 2009 he started the successful labour hire and training company Anderson Recruitment and Training.
